This is the only information I have got from these guys recently this was on July 13th

WordCruncher has goals of filing application for the NASDAQ with in the next two weeks. WCTI filed an S-1 Registration Statement with the SEC at the end of May, it has not yet become effective, so we are waiting on the SEC before we can make a move to the NASDAQ, if accepted. WordCruncher will become a fully reporting company through the effectiveness of the S-1 Registration.
