Sorry to say that this name has not traded well since DAY 1. Someone or a group thinks this stock is overvalued and has been selling/shorting at every opportunity. Our friend GSCO has been on the offer as much as on the bid.

I make no claim to knowing a blessed thing about any of these companies. I do know how they trade though, and this one has had a bad vibe about it. Maybe the early upgrade helped someone get out/short for a killing. Or maybe it's Mr. Market driving it down. Hard to say.
