I don't know why Compaq computer is suing eMachine for patent infringement. Based on some of the threads and I have read, many people are having problems with their Compaq computer. I purchased an eMachine for my children and it works perfectly. How can there be a patent infringement if the Compaq computers failed to work and the emachines work flawlessly. These are then two separate types of computers. Just sharing my thoughts. I can only hope that when Dell comes out with their quarterly earnings, their shares will respond positively as with Gateway. David
