Lee, you are correct in regards to higher rates affecting Dell. I believe Dell has sufficient cash onhand so they don't have to borrow any money. If this is true, the rates really don't affect Dell, except, the customers who finance their Dell purchases my not want to buy if the rates go up. So, in that sense, Dell is impacted. Stock Bull
