Seriously though, it sounds like you're trying to find the perfect trading book which, to my knowledge, hasn't been written yet. If Miner's book doesn't meet these conditions, should it be dismissed? Frankly there is so little great material on the subject, the best method is to piece through as many authors as possible and grab on to the gems.
