I forgot they mentioned the 1999 run-rate for Optical Access. This Yahoo! poster didn't - and it should give another value range. messages.yahoo.com except my notes say a $63 million run rate, so 7X=440 to 20X=$1.26 BILLION. Figure 10X or $630 Million. Then MRVC sells 20% for $125 million (right?) and holds 80% - which alone is still more than our current market cap. Then add in all the other prospects and $200+ million in cash. Think the market will come to their senses once they run their pencils?
