Rotational vertigo? Sounds terrible.

The real question though is how the market perceives the CC and earnings in the short term.

akmike says "what's not to like"?

What can anyone come up with on the negative side?

Positives I see:

GMs up a bit (+incremental increases in Q3 and Q4).

DSOs down a bit.

Revenue up.

Earnings beat the street.

New Optical Access subsidiary with good IPO prospects.

New product to compete with Redback networks (and superior specs) announced in September and ready to BETA immediately.

New "mystery" startup to be announced in 6 weeks.

BETAs lined up - 2 for Linux router,
at least 2 BETAs each for CW and NAC ("some of the largest ISPs in the country")

China update - 3 distributors, 2 OEMs and also direct with China Telecom. Slow ramp up but close to a $1 million in revs in Q2 - double Q1.

Noam compared CW to Nexabit, Avici - said CW can do ATM, while others are "not even close" to ATM

Optical Access is "the market leader" They have 100,000 homes enabled and will have another 200,000-300,000 enabled with their FTTC technology by the end of the year.

MRVC now holds majority ownership in all 3 subsidiarys

Fiber Driver grew over 50% quarter to quarter
