Took a position in NEON today at 13 3/8 and will double if it gets to the 11's in anticipation of the bounce. Personally I like companies that have 40% of their market cap in cash. Here's some interesting info. thomsoninvest.net If symbol is blank type in NEON to see todays institutional interest. All stong interest in buy side (200K). Time will tell but with their cash they aren't going much lower. Enterprise value now at $8 substracting out their cash. Mad2
