I feel all the interest rate fears either are in the market now or soon will be, but the question is how far to hold long futures contracts betting that the knife will stop falling. My system is still long, but a break of 1349 SP may change my mind... I may set a stop at, say 1346 and lock in a maximum 21 pt loss on the positional trade. If 1349 breaks I would be very surprised if 1320 didn't hold. As things settle I feel a rally into the FOMC meeting is in the cards, but from what level?!
