I'm not absolutely certain but my recollection is that HTP holds only about 10% of TMK (not the 50% that you have suggested). However, given the incestuous relationship, it is possible that HTP may increase their position through the obviously required near term financing\dilution !!

For your information, Cal Canal has not yet hit and will not for at least 3 weeks.

At this date, there is much more risk associated with a TMK holding then there is with a KOB holding. But, for those who do not care about risk, TMK presently offers the best leverage of all in the GSJBJV !! It will be interesting to see if that continues to be the case after the required near term TMK financing.
