Have you checked the headlines since the close. These are from freerealtime.com

It seems that the sale to PA at 90 a share went down very recently. That explains the fleck transaction as well as the other recent activity. Now that it is finally over I hope we get to see some buying going forward. Many who see these headlines may be spooked though. I was at first.
