Over the past year many managers have been loading up on the stock. I should have known something was up when managers were mortgaging there home to buy shares and the company issued a 2500 share limit per year. I believe that they knew that an ipo was coming shortly despite Kelly's statement last month that they were not considering one. In their announcement to the hourly employees they apologized that some people may have known before they announced. They all believe, and probably so, that they will hit a homer. Some of these people are going to make a couple hundred thousand in a day, based on a %50 increase, as most of them margined there account. No one can buy shares now. A share price is 51 and change. It is adjusted ever qtr. So it should be adjusted 2x before the ipo price is set. I wish the company would offer some to us now. We hourly employees are just finding out something that many of the mgrs. knew for a while. Now we are froze out while they loaded up earlier. Greedy bastards. Gino
