Joe, looks to me like WIND's stock price reflects its stellar performance.
I got these ratios after today's close so I hope that they are up to date.

P/E P/S P/B
WIND 55 10.5 6.9
MWAR 61 3.2 2.3
INTS 47 2.6 3.1

So, you can see from the above table that WIND is highly valued on a relative basis.
Note that I have not bothered to filter out non-operating contributions to earnings
if they even exist therefore P/E ratios may vary depending on the source.
