Oh Doug I don't know how it came across but litigation appears to be favoring the company that's all.. Not to take away from genius because
that would be the courts decision.. and it could lord knows justice is not always served.. MRI is the future. No doubt about that. You must know FONR is defying physics and material science and conventional wisdom with their revolutionary design. Far be it from me to take away from their acomplishments, what is good for FONR is good for all MRI biz.. there is room for all.
I just sense something about it though.. and may do more research on flat magnets and peer reviews for that technology.. QUADS in particular.. but don't forget dirt washes off and the market is the final judge not opinion and guesswork..I do not doubt FONAr is leader for flat magnet machines and other innovations.. like multiple beds etc.. large organizations like PHILIPS GEMS SiEMENS would never never fund such projects under their own name.. no corporate guts..there. they would go to third parties to do so.. Japanese on the other hand have their strength in manufacturing not innovation.. but do not lack the courage to pursue anything.. no ego there..
I tell you I would feel much better if FONAR would litigate less and sell more fair enough?
