hello Clement,

it does seem DFXI has lost its magic touch!

Highlights of the quarter include: 1) Q/Q decreased sales
of bowflex 2) Q/Q decreased sales of Nautilus equipment
3) Q/Q/Q decreased profit margins on bowflex product line
(in all fairness, last year Q2 also had decreasing
profit margins) 4) not a whisper of the progress of
DA BEDS 5) tepid reponse of the market even after the
huge sell off we've seen and even though the stock
appears "cheap".'

I must admit that at this juncture I've lost a lot
of interest in the company. Nothing bad about it, just
seems to me they will have a tough time growing the
stock price and the top line. What concerns me is the
bed situation... there is a big competitor out there
called Select Comfort (check their stock price and
you'll see it's the shareholders that need comfort).
Anyway, I have trouble seeing how their product differentiates
from Select comfort's airbed. I'm also concern about
the Nautilus product line. Sales have been stagnant
for many many years and it will take alot of magic
to get them jump started. As for Bowflex, it really
seems we've reached DA TOP. 2 Q's of flat to down
sales and pm's.

that's my take on the story.

disclaimer, I chopped 70% of my position during the
last Q.

Anyone out there still holding a few shares?

Where is Mr Don Carson when we need him?
