FROM BOBZ: and Sheila

CLSI uses the internet to take payments and issue parking permits for city and state municipalites. They are
and always have been fully reporting. They are profitable.
They do have a large float (128 Million) and outstanding (336 million). This shouldn't hamper their efforts as far
as the share price goes. Sheila said that they should have real earnings of .01 to .015 for this fiscal year. (at a
P/E of 25 for an internet company, that makes the price .25 to .37)

She estimates that the stock should be trading in the .25 - .30 range. She says that the last quarter's financials
are due soon (1 - 2 weeks) and that the stock could run up to $1.00 but settle back down at around a quarter.

One thing she likes about it is they have many contracts that renew each year and so far, every contract in place
has been renewed for this year. They have already addressed the Y2K issue and have upgraded all of the
clients(the last one as of last week).

She says, that if you compare this stock to other BB's, like SFAD, PABN, MPTV and others (that trade much
higher than CLSI), CLSI has a similiar float, a much more documented past, a real product with real contracts,
and a much brighter, solid future.

Sheila thinks that in the next 6 months to a year, the stock could be a solid .50 stock and that other internet
suitors will coming looking to buy the company.

Sorry for the long message. Hope I didn't leave anything out.
