Comments,Questions,Looking Back,Pointing Ahead. Q-Bulls can skip this

1. Correct me if I am wrong. Concerning earnings, I can only remember one time when the stock was trashed due to earnings report, 2 or 3 quarters ago (?). Earnings and growth were good. The "experts" didn't like the skinny margin and the infrastructure costs. Both have been solved. Was the last quarters' sales a one time surge or fluke?

2. Most every lawsuit has gone in their favor. More are pending, but things look good. FCC is scratching its head.

3. Technology is spreading and doubts are shrinking just as fast. Still, the single standard must be agreed upon. ericy is slowly and steadily coming around. They, IMO can't move too fast in order to save face. If they move too slowly, they will be swept to the side. Both options are fine by me, I'd prefer that they join in the wealth.

4. batwing is floundering under the weight of irid. (If they only had kept the 'f'). Could Q suffer the same fate with G*? Maybe. All I know for sure is that ALL irid (under tremendous pressure from motorola) was concerned with was being first.

5. "It's a new Q!" Yes and no. The Q has shed a lot of weight (doubt). It is off and running. Yes, it may suffer the usual growth pains of any company. Yes, the management may do things that cause the stock price to suffer in the short term. To me it is the same old Q, the lighting has changed.

Waiting is probably the toughest thing to do in the market.
