Mark,
I wish I knew, but my guess is no. Price to book is very low, but considering that much of the company is held by insiders, I think that their technology would have to be very attractive and the company would have to be in some financial trouble. The company looks pretty solid financially and I just don't know enough about the new chips they are working on to make any judgement on technology. Besides, all small chip and even large chip manufacturers are in the same boat, with a soft chip market. I have read several articles lately prognosticating that chips should start to recover in late 97 and strong in 98. The DSP market should grow stronger even sooner. We just have to wait and see.
