I am accumulating at these prices. It looks like a fund or possibly a party with a conflict of interest is selling. XLX should get a 50% pop when the selling is over and it should not go much below $0.35.
Even if insiders wanted to bail in a worse case scenario, I would expect a rally before it retreated once again.
