Good Morning Marvin:
Still above water by a few thousand dollars, which means no margin call (whew). Futures are up as of 12:05 am.

With regards to Case's selling, what I am wondering is when Michael Dell sells his shares, you don't have that type of turmoil, where stock trading is halted and the bottom has fallen out of it, especially now where the stock has taken a significant beating. As a shareholder, I feel that he has done a great disservice to us by this sudden dump. I'm sure that if he (they) wanted to, they could have sold off their shares gradually causing less siginificant damage to the valuation of the stock. Opinions anyone?

David
