It is legal to short OTC BB stocks from a canadian account, but not from a usa account. Other countries besides canada also allow it. Poppycock. IT IS LEGAL TO SHORT OTC BB STOCKS IN THE USA! I do it all the time -- with a USA broker, with USA MM's and a USA clearinghouse on the USA mainland with a USA phone number. And most of my broker reps have USA Bronx accents. -Sword
