Hmmm, 3 shares of Checkers stock for each share of Rally's. RLLY curently at 3 7/16 CHKR currently at 1 3/4 If the deal went through right now that would value the Rally's shares at about $5.25. It will be interesting to see how the market responds to this today. Good luck.
