re: Softbank ADR. I can't speak for Steve but what I know is this: Lehman Bros. analyst Ravi Sarathy ("the Henry Blodget of Asia") estimated an ADR will begin trading in "12-18 months". So it's not any day now, although Softbank is clearly preparing for it by divesting non-core (i.e. not Net-centric) holdings and apparently getting their financial statements prepared...
