Franz, I find it hard to believe that Case dumped his shares because he got wind of the impending outcome of the open access issue in San Francisco. San Francisco basically deferred until a later date. I believe the U.S. Supreme Court will ultimately decide the open access issue after the Circuit Court rules on the Portland determination, and that determination is taken up on appeal.

I do find it significant, however, that the FCC has positioned itself against open access. The FCC will, I assume, submit a brief in opposition to open access to the Circuit Court in connection with the Portland matter. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Circuit Court reverse the Portland determination.
