Promotion of stock has consistently been understated by management because of a distinctive trust held by the peoples of this Province. 2. Diversity of ventures in the Vulcan portfolio (diamonds in Alberta, titanium in south Labrador, zinc and family at Carbonear in Newfoundland). 3. Sound management judgment in coping with the "irrational exhuberance" of market forces in the mining sector and in selecting superb properties with minining potential. 4.
