I have a question for you, Ricardo, or anyone else. This document
was recently filed by S3 on EDGAR.

It details the 1989 Stock plan. Is this because any options that were
granted then have now been exercised or expired? If so, then this
could be the true cause of the insider selling. At least 1.5M shares.
Use it or lose it.
