Hi Khris,
APTD is due to file their 10-K at the end of the month. Your ques-
tions regarding the litigation may be addressed in that report. Also,
I think it is very important to see if APTD actually had some earnings
in the 4th Q 96. I'm leaving town for a couple of weeks, but I will
read the 10-K in detail when I get back. I will post anything that
seems of interest to this thread.
