Can't offer details because I do not know them, but here is the concept: Business communicates with customers via telephone, email, web, chat, and fax. Business needs to manage the flow of traffic and route flow to the best skill sets in the shortest amount of time. The also need to measure it. Can't manage the flow if you can't measure it. Voice is the dominate way to communicate but other methods are coming on strong. Business will invest in methods to handle the new blend. Now, it seems ASPT will be a new piece of this puzzle. And their piece can work in any business using any brand of PBX (LU NT). Also it will be able to run on voice over IP networks (?). My main belief is voice over IP will happen first in the call center and over company private networks. I need more info to be able see the competitive advantage they have over others. A good sales force will be key. Good customer support (hand holding) will be key. Partnerships will be key.
