Hmm, lets see.

They sold their main business that was in turnaround phase for only $15 million. They included in the sale their brand name. Now they are going to use a new name to focus on the internet audio business.

They enter this new business with no name recognition, tiny existing sales, competitors who are ahead of them in sales and market recognition. And, don't forget MSFT bought one of those competitors (Shadowfactor) and is going to give away the product for free.

I think they are pinning everything on internet hype to prop up the stock. This one looks like it goes to zero.
