Almost all of the NDX stocks that I had buy signals last night opened at just about their highs... quote.yahoo.com With the very low ARMS index and breadth moving back to parity, the snapback rally seems to be losing steam. I had a high preponderence of buy signals in the general market at close yesterday at 89% and in my core list had 28 bullish reversal signals vs. 9 bearish reversal signals. The preponderence of news forthcoming the next three days will probably limit the volume today. Last year, the sell-off didn't pick up volume till the second leg in early August although I stay skeptical things will turn out exactly the same.
