well whaddayaknow, it's stirring. Some guys want to re-incarnate this company into another, calling it Carber Capital Corporation, doing a reverse 40-1 split, and give themselves the right to issue ~25% of the post-consolidated shares to be issued as common shares for their stock option plan, and authorize another 1M+ shares for private placements.

Annual meeting set for Toronto, Monday August 16th. Head honcho for the new effort is a guy named Michael Babiak. No word on what type of business they intend.
