The solution was developed to provide front-line adjusters with 150 Itronix X-C 6250 wireless mobile notebooks, featuring an integrated BellSouth Wireless Data radio and ADP Claims Solutions Group's (CSG) Claimsflo(TM) Wireless application. "In the past, insurance appraisers have been required to travel back to their offices to download or upload data. The Itronix X-C 6250 units feature an integrated radio frequency antenna, as well ADP CSG's PenPro(TM) estimating software and wireless application and BellSouth Wireless Data's wireless radio. With these cutting-edge wireless capabilities, field adjusters are able to bypass traditional modem and phone line connections to send and receive assignments, estimates, images, total loss evaluations and other information quickly and securely. The X-C 6250 is equipped with a 200MHz processor and up to 48MB RAM, enabling adjusters to process their claims more efficiently.
