p,

Having examined a few of the charts of stocks we have been following herein I came to the following conclusions.

1. Wait for the stock to move off of the low of the day. It will move up from there and then retrace towards the low of the day. If it does not reach the low of the day and starts to turn up again, buy. Obviously, in hindsight this works very easily. However, during the formation of the chart, judgment will come into play as to when to buy and how much of an upward move you consider to be confirmation that it won't set a new low.

2. If upon retracement it surpasses the low of the day, then wait till 1 pm. Somewhere between 1 pm and 3 pm, buy and look for one of two things. First a quick point or so before the close, at which time you may wish to take it or second a good open the next day (ala MCSY) at which point you should take it.

I mainly looked at INTS, IDXX and MCSY as those were the charts I have printed out the daily activity on. In my mind I believe this worked on GWRX as well, but don't have the chart to confirm.

Your thoughts please.

Scott
