When a company like Oracle has insider selling, it sends different signals. They have some history of profit warnings. To me that means be careful in buying this stock. Companies that don't disappoint the street play under a different set of rules when it comes to insider sales but Oracle is not one of those, IMHO. I am actually short on this stock--took a position today on the Nasdaq bounce back.
