Excerpt from Info-mining news - Metopine March Mining comments:

The civil war in Zaire and its potential effect on that country's 2,000 MT of annual production, good high temperature alloy orders, rumours of a 400 MT Russian stockpile sale and slowly rising production weakened cobalt free-market quotes for Western A Grade to US$19.25 (US$21.25 lb. on January 31). If prices drop below current ranges, the chart indicates $12-15 lb. is the next support level.

This does not look good for near term future sales if Colossal feels prices at $ 21 were not economically atttractive. I assume this plus VEC has contributed to weakness in stock price.
