My understanding is that Go Call
bought 92% of KAFE via a stock swap
of 7 GOCA for 1 KAFE and these shares
of GOCA are restricted until March
of Y2K. Someone please correct me if this is incorrect.

If correct, does anyone know who holds
the 8% of the shares?
