You are pretty much correct! Like I said, I DO NOT OWN ANY SHARES OF EITHER. It's just that my friend is very VERY upset at the entire ordeal. I think that my friend was telling me that he recently called his broker to see about anything new and his broker told him that the matter has been turned over to the brokerage house' "legal-department". THIS IS SECOND HAND INFORMATION. ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. INVESTING IN STOCKS IS very VERY RISKY <STANDARD-DISCLAIMER>.
