I just did a nationwide phone directory search at www.anywho.com, and I came up with two persons with the desired name, and one of them lives in that town. That took me less than 30 seconds. Of course, I'll bet the lawyer billed a couple of hours to do the same thing.

When I did a Lexis search for liens and judgments, I found a couple of additional addresses for persons with the same name, including one in Oklahoma.

It's amazing how much bad information you can turn up with a few minutes of effort.
