Received a call back from UPCA... I just received a call from Mr. Lewis Crideo from Uniprime. He couldn't answer any of my questions on the inconsistencies contained in the different PR's from the UPCA. Yet, he assured me that the stock will be trading on the 4th or may be prior to that date. "Everything is taking care of... We have all the documentation that this news is really true." he said. He also asked me if I were an accredited investor, to which I answered "Yes". And he continued in saying that he would call me back everytime something new comes up and promised to keep me posted in the coming days as they have outstanding shares to sell at discount price. He also added that the halt should resume in a 4 to 6 days period but more like 4. I talked about the rats or the mice but got nothing of consistence as an answer. He wasn't knowledgeable enough to answer me. I talked about different inconsistencies contained in the Flores' CV and he said again that everything will be sort out in a very near future. And finally, he said that the President has many years of experience in running a businesses and has always been successful in his venture. That's about it. I still feel empty. Lot of reassuring remarks. Yet nothing of substance. In conclusion, I reserve my judgment for later and keep the odds open for now. Armand
