Learn to read, or doesn't Tilton pay you to read. The proof, which has been excerpted in my report, is that the earliest the the company now known as TIPS and the company now known as CHIF, formerly known as Omap, formerly known as Logos, (which as we all know is run by James Tilton) can be connected is 1993.

You might be right, however, perhaps the companies can be linked even earlier!
