Lifetime Dell Customer

I agree with the comments relating to DELL's objective of creating lifetime customer relationships with the people who buy their products... I consider myself to be one of many hundreds of thousands of lifetime customers (and shareholder) I bought my first computer online from Dogway for my wife... We had nothing but problems with the machine and Dogway's terrible customer service... So when it came time to get myself a new Laptop I tried DELL and was very satisfied with the whole experience... Since then I've replaced my wife's Dogway with a new DELL XPS 550 meg Pent. III system... Helped my Uncle buy and new desktop system from DELL, bought my Mother in Law a new DELL system and am about to replace my current DELL laptop with a new INSPIRON 7000... I've also shopped at Gigabuys... I know of others that have similar stories to tell... With customers like myself, shareholders like the one's on this thread and the best Management team in the world DELL cannot fail... for all you doubters and whiners (Frank) better get long and stay long...
