I don't understand you people! you're behaving like this company is a fly-by-night operator. For all practical purposes, this is the 3rd largest telco (once you factor in BellSouth) in the country with a phenomenally low cost network (at least the QWST portion is) and most probably the only one with a respectable vision (maybe MCI WCom has a decent one too!). yet the market continues to treat this company as if it's going out of business. What gives?
