LATTICE SEMICONDUCTOR CORP.- Receives a rating increase from DLJ.

Lattice Semiconductor Corp the Programmable logic concern is getting a rating increase from DLJ this morning to an "outperform" from a "market perform". Earlier in the week, Josephthal Lyon named company to its "focus buy list". Hence, company seems to be emerging from problems that plagued stock for much of this year as issue has climbed more than 10% since the end of April.
