Donkeyman, go to AOL thread for more discussion on "free" internet in UK. But briefly there is no such thing as free local call in the UK, internet users end up paying a heavy toll (as much as $50 a month for 10 hours "free" internet use). FreeServe gets a kick back from the phone company. AOL is now offering "free" access in the UK. regards, jd
