INSTITUTE IN SPAIN
MINNEAPOLIS, Jul 27, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Health Outcomes
Management, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: HOMI) announced today that it has
signed an exclusive agreement with The Instituto para el Desarrollo de
la Farmacia Comunitaria to distribute its pharmaceutical care products
in Spain. The two organizations will work together to complete the
translation work on the Spanish language version of Health Outcomes'
pharmaceutical care product which is currently in a final beta stage
and is scheduled for a general release in the fall.

The Instituto para el Desarrollo de la Farmacia Comunitaria (The
Community Pharmacy Development Institution), located in Granada
(Spain), is a private service company, owned and directed by
pharmacists, with the objective of designing and developing both

courses or meetings through out Spain. It has also developed a
