Russell only owns 10% of GNET.

Before PA's deal, he used to have 3 something M shares. He has to surrender a third to Vulcan in order to let the deal go thru. After that, post-split, he owns around 4M shares of GNET, considering GNET's 41M shares outstanding. Barring any potential shares he is going to convert from options, he only owns 10% of the company. How could he sell 10% of GNET? Is he cashing out? No effing way.

The one factor I considered when I invested in GNET is that there is no way for insiders to sell.
