Thanks Larry, I'll check it out. And as far as EDII goes, well..... check out the SI thread and you will find that I was the lead tout over there at one time. I still check in from time to time on EDII. That's where I noticed your posting and I agree that you have some valid points. I am curious and will do some more reading on this possible merger/spin off. So far, I see that it's a really nice way to spin a company off and postpone reporting [on EDII's part], given the fact that reporting is dependent upon the alphabet.......
