Phil, besides the civil case you cite, I'm also referring to sanctions placed against Hoffman and Millar in Canada, banning them from certain activities.
I really like the sound of APTD, but quality and integrity of mgmt. has to be addressed before I'd give them any of my $.
Any thoughts out there?
