Ratan lal - Very interesting post. I wonder if he called you b/c you didn't come off as angry, but rather curious? In any case, what he told you is consistent w/ my understanding of the process. Any new underwriter will want to see the most current financial data B4 investing. I can imagine the phone conversations between NAVR and Everen when Everen broke the news of the merger. Would've liked to have been a fly on THAT wall. Anyone check to see if NAVR has filed suit against Everen for failure to fulfill fiduciary role as underwriter? I would think that NAVR could prove damages, especially after the IPO finally goes. Regards all Neal
