I think it was the distribution agreements which threw them into the 'big time'.

Put yourself in a billers shoes for a moment...you what to implement this e-bill thing. But you've been fence sitting trying to see who was going to become the leader between TP or CF. Then these Jokers come knocking on your door and say, 'don't matter, we'll send them bills either way and both'

I'm wondering...what would you do?
